If you take offense to ANYONE mocking Star Trek!
If you speak Klingon, write Klingon, obsess over Klingons
Think they should have made a spinoff about Klingons!
Collect the figures and weapons
Name your cats Gowron, Worf, B'Ellana and Lursa
Teach your children, grandchildren and any other kid who walks through your door about Star Trek.
When an episode excites you so much you go into labor!
You'll break anyone's hands who DARES to touch the remote while watching Star Trek.

Hmmm......Uh Oh.....guess Im a trekkie....B'Ellana just came in the room and dropped a dead bird on my lap. I gotta tell ya, for a half-klingon cat, She sure does have strong Klingon instincts. More so than my other cat, Worf, who like to purr on my lap.

I disagree with 7. All Trekkies believe in assertive bx and there are times when we must be aggressive...IE Captin Kirk slapping new life forms when they are acting like goons.

You make references to Star Trek in science classes at school and refer to it in essays and tests.
People know you as "that chick who loves Star Trek"
You proudly wore your uniform to school and school prom
You incoporate Star Trek into your pick up lines
You find it a turn off when a prospective mate says "Star Trek.. thats just like Star Wars aye?"

Though I'd add, "If you get excited everytime your favorite Star Trek actor appears anywhere on screne or even on Youtube!"

(a) the person you're with has to know a quote and know what it means.
(b) wear a trek badge pin and find other trekkies.
(c) put up trek backgrounds on all your computers. ................"hello, computer"

If you read, "Hello, computer," and automatically hear it in Scotty's brogue!
If you see some small-time actor in a movie or old show and immediately identify the Trek episode(s) he or she was in.
If it catches your attention every time someone casually uses "beam me up" or "warp speed" on TV. (I just heard a Food Network host describe something as looking like a Horta. A fan!)
If the only reason you watch the movie Daddy Day Care is because of all the Star Trek references.
If you can't really afford it but will splurge on that uniform/costume/convention/prop, because priorities are priorities and life is too short.
