Comment by Harrison Crowe on August 30, 2012 at 10:51pm Hope the week is treating everyone well. I saw this and I'm not quite sure what to think. It made me cringe and go "Aww." Ha!
Opinions?

Comment by Frank S on August 21, 2012 at 11:58pm Hi Commander Shran - no, I meant that I might go to Comic-Con or the big event in Vegas next year. I love San Diego and Vegas, but I live in LA, and do like it - and I kind of have to live here for all of the things I do. I love San Francisco too, lived there for 6 years, and could see myself living there again. Will be visiting it and Humboldt County in a couple of weeks - the best time to go :)

Comment by Matthew Rogan on August 20, 2012 at 8:18am To say that we get snow doesn't do Wisconsin winters justice. We usually get LOTS of snow and it gets pretty darn cold. I like winter, so I like it here, but it's not for everyone. The long winters are worth it for the beautiful summers. It's usually in the high 70s to low 80s in the summer with varying degrees of humidity. Last week, for example, it barely hit 75. It can get really hot and humid, but that's true just about anywhere. The lake keeps temperatures more stable, meaning that the coast is a little cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
