Spock says in Star Trek VI, to Valeris. It was part of he philosophy in hes later life. Like he cowboy diplomacy. When he accept he human emotion more.

Yes, it can get one into trouble, or it can make matters worse, when there already is trouble. Still, I've found that instinct comes in handy. Sometimes someone will give me an argument that seems convincing, at the time, but then, later on, I realize why they are wrong. My logic fails me at those times, but my instincts have yet to. My instincts may not help me win any arguments, but they can sure help me make decisions!

I know how you feel.I have the capacity to think logically but it always goes right out the window because I act on my feelings instead.

*shrugs* Goes with my warm personality. I'm a reverse-Vulcan. Don't get me wrong. I admire and, at times, envy Vulcans. It's just that I'm the sort who's emotions are more likely to rule them than them ruling their emotions.
