From Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda 100th episode Party Andromedini
Andromedini (AKA "Ginger Pink," a signature cocktail of sugarandsugar)
1½ oz Stolichnaya Raspberry
½ oz Stolichnaya Vanilla
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz sugar syrup
1 large piece ginger
Muddle ginger in glass shaker.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add ice and shake well.
Strain through fine strainer into frosted cocktail glass.
Garnish with edible flower.

Since I portray Doctor Maura Drake, CMO for Project Potemkin, I thought I would add some of Doctor Drake's favorite recipes.
PEACH ICED TEA:
Steep a pot of Tea, blend in 1/4 cup brown sugar, three teaspoons of honey. Add sugar to taste....
Squeeze two peaches and add the peach juice to the tea.
Cut up three "Chilton County, Alabama" Peaches. Fill glasses with ice cubes and then pour tea, using toothpicks spear up four cubes of peach and drop them into the glass.
Serve iced cold.

Working on a "Star Trek day...Meal Planner...actual Trek recipes or recipes that can be 'adapted to serve Us', lol...from breakfast , right through Supper, and they are all vegetarian-friendly!! Just need to make a 'Cardassian Kewler! for a friend of mine, who happens to love Cranberry juice, lol. Anyway, paraphrasing my own people,,,

I also want to see about "real" blood wine...a rich red wine, w/ maybe some fruit pectin, for thickening and some strawberry kool=aid, or maybe a fruit-based alchohol mix?? Then, serve warmed...you dont want a customer to say..."This wine is cold, get me another,,,"lol

"Had no idea there was fabrini wine...thats very cool, and a good adaptaion ofRW things to Star Trek. Found some other things, elsewhere, like hasperath and other Bajoran foods, or Katerian eggs, which K'Hel has come to enjoy...Wonder about...two reg. eggs, to one Katerian egg, w/ green food colouring, or add...guacomole, some garlic powder, maybe some tabasco or soy sauce, and scramble, what do you think? There are always...Possibilities...lol
