2 miles on the treadmill @ 3.7 mph waith a 5 degree elevation, 30 minutes of free weights, lean cuisine for b-fast and lunch, homemade gorp(palmfull) of macadamias, cashews, pistachios, almonds and mixed berrys for mid-day snack, 80 calories of veggies with a turkey and low-fat cheese sandwich for supper. That's my day folks.

I'd love to get involved in this. Just starting my diet. i lost quite a bit at the beginning of the year and then put a load back on again.
