I'm a big Stargate fan . What I find more interesting is that in my research of ancient cultures  , the world of Stargate may not be too far from the truth. There are many projects both past and present that supports a show that may not be all  fiction.

Why bother with DVDs? Subscribe to HULU on the internet and you can watch every Stargate series/ episode ever made for free!

Has anyone ever commented on how Robert Picardo as Woolsey, has been on Stargate SG-1/Atlantis more than he was on Voyager.

Just to let you all know, I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Claudia Black this weekend at the Polaris convention in Toronto, Canada and she was as stunning and charming as I had thought she would be. Polaris also holds the Canadian fan scifi awards called the Constellations and Ms. Black was up for The "Best Female Performance in a Film/Tv Movie/Mini-Series" and she won with a whopping 48% of the votes. Yeah Claudia!!!!

I'm a life-long fan of science fiction and I'm a huge fan of 2001, Star Wars, Star Trek, and Battlestar Galactica (both versions) in particular. But I didn't get into Stargate SG-1 until the 5th season which by then it had moved to the Sci-Fi Channel and was well into the Earth conspiracy plot lines that were very well done. Stargate:Atlantis is okay but they've essential been revisiting plots that had already been done on SG-1. Sure wish the new upcoming series was based more into investigations of these mysterious global industrial/military/political groups whose influence has reached all the way into the White House! Oh well, maybe after Stargate:Universe finishes its run they'll come back to it. Anyway Trek fans are very good at multitasking. And who knows, it's not implausible for the new Trek universe to discover a stargate on some distant world. The Stargate universe already melds seamlessly into the Star Trek universe as the probable source of various super- technologies including Warp Drive, Transporters, Replicators, Matter-Anti-matter power reactors, Warp radio, etc. As the new Star Trek movie producers are fond of saying lately, "Anything goes..."
