Work continues on The Stone Unturned. We'll be sending the final cut off for scoring and completed sound FX very soon. Lee Andrew started work on the sound FX last month with the *almost* completed version, so he'll be toiling away on the rest in short order. There's still some FX work to do, but all the major stuff is in hand. Bodo Hartwig will be doing dialogue clean up for us again, and we'll also be looping a fair bit of the dialogue on this one, so poor Bodo will have his work cut out synching it all. David Beukes will be working on the soundtrack again. No word on a release date yet, but it should be before Christmas, and there will be a trailer at some point.

Those who frequent the HF boards will know that we're working on another crossover vignette with Rob and the HF team, this one focussing on Shelby and Hunter, as they pursue a very personal quest. Lee Andrew has done a great job on the VFX for this one, and is currently busily toiling away on the sound FX now. Again, no release date, but barring unforeseen disasters, it should be out this Autumn (or Fall for our American cousins).

Finally, we shot another Intrepid vignette last weekend, entitled Confessions by Firelight. Focussing on Governor Finney and Captain Merik, we'll get to see how the ever-present threat of a faceless enemy has affected the mindset of the colonists.

More as we have it.

We identified 22 tweaks to the latest edit of The Stone Unturned, none of which should be especially difficult to implement, so we should still be good for sending it to Lee Andrew for sound FX by the end of the month.

One last review of The Stone Unturned cut on Tuesday for final tweaks, before sending it off for sound FX and scoring.

For those of you who don't already know, the best place to keep up to date with Intrepid-related news, is on our discussion board at www.ussintrepid.net/companel.

We currently have one short and one full length episode in post production, and a feature length story, The Conviction of Demons, underway. We'll also be dipping our toes into an original science Fiction production or two soon, so plenty coming up, even if it isn't imminent. :)

That is a good line, but you know he's talking about Faith in Klingon Religion. Not faith in God or in Christ.
