I used to get it a lot at STTE. My wife did a good job at getting the green sauce to taste right.

Thanks for the contact details, Saavik. Much obliged! I must try to get to a Vegas Convention. Generally I visit Vegas in November (sometimes May) when it is cool enough to get out into that lovely desert around Vegas (I pretend that I am an astro-ecologist). August might be just a bit too hot for us Brit's
