I am huge fan of the tos one of the most creative shows ever written it really delt with humanity in the present day of the 60's it took chances in that time I think the reason it works so well today is because all the social ills of the 60's are still here today poverty,war,famine,mistrust of other nations are still here the one thing about being a trek fan you can love one series of trek and still love another
