I am happy that Castle did a reunion of sorts for Firefly. As Mal played by Nathan Fillion and Jayne were joined together for an episode.  Nathan plays one of the Key Characters in Castle as Rick Castle and Jayne played a Detective. It was cool to see Nate back in his old outfit and Jayne acting like the boss this time. ;-)

Not to mention that those two were also in a game together, I forgot the name of it. I did play that game (twas fun). Twas references in the game to the show.

Also, interesting that there's references from both star trek and firefly/serenity in guild wars. ;-)

I liked the fact of Josh Whedon being loyal, and recognizing the talents of some of the people in Serenity, 'cos they were also in Buffy, the Vampire Slayer,(the series).

Anyone remember Barney Miller, a cop comedy, set in New York, in the 70's??  Check out one of the detectives, might recognize him...

Just watched the Serenity movie again, had been awhile.  It was great and I remember watching some of the Firefly episodes.  I didnt like when the pilot got killed, but he was in ...A Knights Tale, w/ Heath Ledger...K'Hel

This Fourth of July is a Firefly marathon on the science channel, they're showing every episode.

i just picked up firefly, and im lovin it, its a very great series with awesome writing, with laughs!! i think jane kicks ass!!!

What a show!! I used to work in Hollywood at a music store and almost every cast member shopped there at some point, it was awesome to chat about the show and bug them about a return. I have heard there may be a sequel to the Movie in the works. I sure hope so!
