I would also like to make another announcement! Lt K'Hel is now our official Chief of Security. Congratulations Lt K'Hel!
FYI, THE ROSTER WILL BE CHANGED WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
Due to unfortunate circumstances our beloved Captain Admans is leaving Cygnus. This means changes in our personel:
Cmdr Shran is promoted to FIRST Officer.
Lt 3 of C is promoted to Second Officer and the rank of LtCmdr.
Gentlmen, I can't think of two officers more deserving and dedicated as both of you! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
