- I'm 35 from Texas. Native Texan, but I have lived outside of Texas and even the U.S. I love traveling and have been fortunate to be able to visit several different countries. I'm a history and English teacher by trade but considering going back to school to study Physics. I'm the owner of a couple of spoiled dogs. Love to hike and enjoy the beautiful Texas landscape when it's not super hot outside! I love sci-fi (obviously). I can thank my dad for getting me into Star Trek! I remember watching it all my life. I'm pretty sure ST: The Motion Picture was the first "grown-up" movie I ever saw. I have recently gotten into the ST books. Would love to join a Star Trek fan club if anyone in the Austin area knows of one!
