- Single reptilian female looking for a cute monkey to keep me warm in the frigid earth weather.
Kidding. Though I am single. I'm not really looking for anything special. I go by the name Nephila or Neph for short. I have a 9 year old daughter and a cat that looks like spot from TNG. I enjoy all things creative from make-up and hair, to sewing and drawing and making websites.
I can't wait for the next Sci-Fi convention to get into my first make-up and costume character. I'm going to have to promise myself not to chicken out. XD

Iliana Malek said… Hehe, glad you like my Cardassian uniform and my Klingon armour. :D Both of them are made out of craft foam, which was stiffened using epoxy and coated with a spray on rubber coating called plasti-dip before painting them with acrylics. :D There's allot more information and step-by-step in-progress stuffs on my costume blog:
