"Thanks, you have some good ones too! I notice you mentioned Dragon*Con in the Niners group. I love it there, although it has almost gotten too big to enjoy. If I did not have my group of friends I meet up with there and work with every year I…"
"Is anyone attending Megacon in Orlando this year? Even though Kate Mulgrew and Ethan Phillips cancelled, Tim Russ and Robert Picardo are still coming. Remember that smaller cons like this one provide better opportunities to interact…"

I started watching Star Trek when The Next Generation aired and followed suit with DS9, Voyager, and Enterprise. Star Trek is a philosophy about making the world, and hopefully one day the galaxy, a better place. It's about being human and the search for knowledge and the unknown. Strive to adapt that philosophy to your life.
And as always, I'm interested in networking with and befriending fellow Trekkies.
Thanks, you have some good ones too! I notice you mentioned Dragon*Con in the Niners group. I love it there, although it has almost gotten too big to enjoy. If I did not have my group of friends I meet up with there and work with every year I would probably just go one day of it or even *gasp* skip it one year. I have started attending a smaller one that has started in Atlanta- Trek Trax. It is real small but I am sure it will grow over time- this year is its second year.

Or maybe that first one was the Omega Directive one, I don't know. Nice to meet you!

So here we go...10: Lots of action. I know many people complain that this was nothing but an action movie that just happened to have Star Trek in the title, but I would rather sit through this again, than go back in time 30 years to sit through Star Dreck: The Motionless Picture, where nobody does anything but…See More

I pray for toys that look like mice ,, and sofa cushions soft in a nice

A quote I read on Facebook: "Don't bankroll the intellectual desolation of the franchise by paying to see the latest film by J. J. Abrams. I have to believe you have better things to spend money on than encouraging Star Trek to be more about explosions and less about finding humanity in the void."
