I've actually stood on the bridge of Voyager, Defiant, and sat at Quark's bar on DS9. I've been to Nana Visitor's (Kira Nery's) home, and stood at the guard shack of Paramount studios where I spent about 15 minutes just conversing with Kate Mulgrew (Katherine Janeway) about whatever trivial thing popped up at the time as Robert McNeill (Ensign Thomas Paris) drove through the gate in his Camaro and Robert Picardo (The Doctor) drove through the gate in his Mercedes. And lastly, I was present at one of the many away missions filmed at the Bronson caves located about 2 miles from the studio.
To say the least, it was an experience that no true Star Trek fan would turn down.
