A busy year and a good one

The last year has been a busy one for Starbase 24 and this year is going to be even busier and better. Our 6th banquet, while smaller than usual due to an unfortunate clash of events, still raised £1632 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Our fundraising efforts have continued this year with the Starbase 24 charity skydive, to raise money for charities including Macmillan the German Shepherd Dog Rescue and Hounds for Heroes.

Charity Fun at Treble Ace!

Starbase 24 members having fun with John Barrowman and Chase Masterson at the Greatest Show in the Galaxy, run by Treble Ace in Peterborough (UK) two weeks ago. We also hosted Colm Meaney, Ethan Phillips, Garrett Wang and several other actors in our replica Captain's chair, which was available for anyone to sit in and have their photo taken in return for a small voulntary donation to our charity.

When two great clubs meet....

this weekend, the crew of Starbase 24 in the UK and the Starship O'Bready in Canada got together via skype and spent the weekend getting to know each other and forging bonds.

The flight to Earth would take the Hegh’Ta twelve days at warp six. Two days into the voyage, seated in the Captain’s ready room, Krang and Kay’vin were discussing the mission.
