I'm in a strange mood this afternoon . . . no, I don't subscribe to the notion that today is the end of Time! LOL I do recall the insanity of the turn of this last century and how many seemed to hope it was the end of things. We are in a mess, after all. The world is on fire! Our economy is shot.

It's hard to know what to feel, sometimes. Have I touched the Sky? Obviously, since I'm writing this post I have survived the crucial six month post-surgical milestone, which also happened to be my birthday. I know my hubby was holding his breath, so to speak. Worried. His worry made me a tad anxious, I have to admit. First time I was scared to reach a birthday, afraid I'd wake up dead, essentially. At least, I'm finally over having to apologize to my family and friends for scaring them…
