I am a simple, yet very, very complex person.
I love to have fun and have enjoyed going to cons and look forward to many more.more There are many people who think I do no have fun at cons. The are very mistaken. Actually cons are one of the few places I can "let my hair down" as the expression goes. Most of the the people I meet also find it safe place to do so for the same reason. They had had Trek as their life as a lifeline in the real to help them survive.
My persona in the Trek world is a Vulcan hybred because my emotions are aways so near the surface but need to be under control most of the time where they cannot be seen by others. A difficult task at times, but one that is can be done quite easily when needed due to years of practice in the "real" world. I have been told that I act more like a Vulcan away from Trek (as if losing Trek as a part of me would ever happens) in the "real world" then at a cons..
Trek has gotten me through many difficult situations in my life due to the stability and hope that it brings to my life.
Wow that's a lot of personal information...
I couldn't pick a favorite series or movie if I had to. I enjoy them all too much to be able to choose!

"Meh. It was disappointing b/c unlike the first go-round with COUNTDOWN, this COUNTDOWN INTO DARKNESS really only placed very minor and circumstantial plot points on the table so that they could be followed up on in the movie. There was a…"
