A Trekkie since first run of the original series, my appreciation for your role in the franchise has never been greater. I recently went back to some of your best TOS episodes, watched Generations, Motion Picture, and others and collectively came away wondering why I never realized before how hugely important YOU are. I was always one of those annoying brainiac females with a thing for Spock, and while Mr. Nimoy has also been important to the franchise, I don't think there would ever have been any more Trek without you as Kirk in the original series. Thank you so much for all you have given me.

I'm not what you would call a Trekkie but I do like the Star Trek movies and just started to watch your Star Trek tv show which my Girlfriend got for me and tought I would like it. (I said i loved Boston Legal so she got me Star Trek!!!!!!!!!!! How her mind works i'll never know!!!lol)
I watched them and found that this could be set anywhere not just in space!!!!!! It's the People I enjoy... Kirk, Spock and Bones are like 3 friends who get up to all sorts of trouble!!!!!!! Thats what I like. The acting is great too and the three of you make it so easy to watch!!!! Keep up the good work sir and i hope that your in the next Star Trek movie ( I tought it was a piss take they didnt have you in it)
