- I've been a Trekkie for a long time. As a girl in Jr High, I wrote a fan letter asking them to keep Deforest Kelley on as a regular, since he was my first favorite character, then Spock, and Kirk. Back then, girls weren't suppose to like SciFi, but I just loved Star Trek, and have ever since. I'm a fan of all the Star Trek shows.

Very Sad News, Andrew Koenig, son of Walter Koenig (Chekov on TOS) son has been found. He committed suicide. Here's a link to the news clip of Walter informing us about his son's passing.

Recently Star Trek Email was launched (www.startrekemail.com) and the reaction from the fans has been tremendous. The three current choices are ....@starfleet.com, .....@ussenterprise1701.com and .....@toboldlygo.com. For me I just had to have a USS Enterprise email (But I'm a pilot so perhaps that's why it appeals).If those three addresses don't excite you what Star Trek email address would you like to have?See More

I read your bio. Never forget that science fiction isn't only a men's genre. You would be surprised how many woman I see in New York City on buses and trains reading sci-fi.
