BELOW IS MARC'S "Official Description" of Trek TOS book: THESE ARE THE VOYAGES.
In your very near future, you will be offered a trip into the past such as no man has ever taken before. 1964 through 1969, the years which saw the creation and making of the original Star Trek, will soon be here!
These Are the Voyages: An Episode-By-Episode History of the Original Star Trek will be published soon, in two hardback deluxe volumes, each approximately 500 pages in length. Book 1 will cover Gene Roddenberry's life and work prior to Star Trek, the creation of the series, the making of the two pilot films, and the first season of 29 episodes. Book 2 will cover Seasons 2 & 3. Roughly 15 pages will be devoted to each episode, taking the reader into the writers room and onto the stage during the filming. Staff memos, production notes, Network memos, censorship reports, and Nielsen ratings help document the story, along with interviews with the producers, writers, directors, actors, and production crew members who took part in the making of this classic series.
