It was here on Trekspace but it came down when I deleted my membership...I am fairly certain I kept it on my laptop though...

A lesbian captain? :)  That's very cool!

In our first episode we had to lesbian characters.  The actresses who played them though, didn't agree to let that aspect of the characters develop to much though.  One was killed off in the episode, she was bisexual in real-life.  And the other was married with 4 kids. LOL  I remember during the filming one of the funniest moments was when they had a kissing scene.  An the one suggested "You should kiss me on the lips with tongue."  And the other replied "I'll kiss you on the forehead, but that's it."  haha  It was funny.  But I'm glad they made it look convincing.  

We have been trying our best to live up to the belief of "Infinite Diversity in Inifinte Combinations."  So our episodes to date, have featured gay, str8 and bi characters.  As well as inter-species relationships.  Our goal is to make the Orion Slave Boy and Dr. Aron relationship, an expansion of this.  

We'll do our best to keep our heads held high, maintain our artist vision and not waver in our integrity.  I've never been someone who likes to conform.  It's made producing the show more of a challenge.  But I know that we're not the first to have these difficulties.  As they say, anything worth having is worth fighting for.  

I am open to making changes in the way the scenes are filmed.  As in how much to show or to hide or angles that aren't as revealing.  But a complete rewrite is something I will avoid at all cost.  That would be a cowards way out I think.  

I'd love to read your fanfic if it's posted somewhere as well. :)

Don't compromise. I wrote a successful fanfic featuring a lesbian Captain. You will find the right people, just please don't give in to the pressure to conform...preserve your artistic vision and integrity.

I guess I should clarify the crotch grabbing LOL  That would actually be below the frame of the camera.  So it would be more of a "you don't have to show it, to know it."  Kind of thing.  The expression on the boys face, implies that 'something' is being grabbed.  But the audience will have to use their imagination.  Because I agree with you, that would be a little much.  

I'm thinking the kissing would be more of a slow passionate kissing too.  Not like, full on making out with tongue action. LOL  Because I know that would freak people out big time.

Since no one else has commented still from yesterday, I will try to give you some constructive feedback.

Though I am a straight female, I have no problem with scenes between two men on screen.  That being said however, when I read what you posted about the script, I must say, it sounded a lot more like just "they kiss" - which is how you originally described it.  I think there is a tendency in television today to show WAY too much between anyone.  If you look at the original series - the most that Kirk ever did was to kiss. I can see the chest rubbing, but the doc grabbing his crotch seemed like a bit much. I think you may have a bit better luck if you were to tone it down a bit.  If done right, a single honest kiss can be much more effective than an entire makeout sequence.

I'll keep an eye on this (as a moderator).  I'd hate to see it spiral out of control; topically, I think folks are uncomfortable with the subject to a degree.  Everyone please tread softly.  Thanks.
